An easily digestible and highly functional gluten-free ingredient, rice flour performs well in a wide range of food applications, either on its own or in combination with other gluten-free flours. Bay State Milling is one of the leading suppliers of specialty and organic rice flour. We source organic and conventional medium-grain brown and white rice and sweet rice from growers in Northern California while our organic long-grain brown and white rice comes from family farms in South America. In our Woodland, CA facility we expertly mill our rice flours to a variety of granulations to meet the requirements of our customers. We also offer ready-to-eat rice flours as part of our all-natural SimplySafe® line of heat-treated ingredients.
