An easily digestible and highly functional gluten-free ingredient, Bay State Milling’s organic rice flour performs well in a wide range of food applications, either on its own or in combination with other gluten-free flours. We source organic and conventional medium-grain brown and white rice and sweet rice from growers in Northern California while our organic long-grain brown and white rice comes from family farms in South America. In our Woodland, CA facility we expertly mill our organic rice flours to a variety of granulations to meet the requirements of our customers.
