Chickpeas have been a staple ingredient for centuries in Asian and European cuisines. More recently, chickpea flour has been a platform for food and snack innovation because of its macronutrient profile and because it can provide a degree of functionality for gluten-free applications. We source our conventional chickpeas directly from our partners in the Pacific Northwest, Arizona and Australia. For applications where granulation uniformity and appearance are critical, we employ a highly precise dehulling process that removes nearly 100% of the fibrous hull.
